Deer Stalking - Stag Hunting

Hendry Ramsay & Waters (Worldwide) Ltd offer a wide variety of deer stalking programmes on a variety of estates in the Scottish Highlands.

Red Deer Stags

Normally of 3 - 5 days duration, these guided hunts typically have an expectation of one stag per day. Rifles may be stalked singly (one on one) or shared (two on one). On several large estates two, three or even four parties may be out at the same time. Lodgings are in traditional Victorian Estate Lodges. One-day hunts are sometimes also available.

Roe Bucks

Our Roe Buck hunts come in two categories:

Trophy quality hunt for buck of potential medal standard.
Regular or typical buck hunts

Both programmes take place at dawn and dusk. Mid April to early June produce the best opportunities for trophy animals. Regular bucks are hunted all season (April - October).
